What is a Buy-to-Let Survey?

Similar to the Level 2 Home Condition Survey / Home Buyers Survey but also incorporating a (Dash) Decent and Safe Homes Report. The survey looks at the 29 HHSRS and the landlords responsibilities under HHSRS.
